Our firm, CARSTENS LÜBECKER MARZIPAN, is one of the marzipan factories which helped to establish the world fame of Lübeck marzipan. Today the Carstens firm is one of the few remaining industrial enterprises which has been manufacturing and distributing Lübeck marzipan for more than 100 years, on the basis of well-proven traditional recipes.
