LÜBECK MARZIPAN

Our selection process begins with our choice of suppliers. We obtain our raw materials only in accordance with quality criteria explicitly specified by us.
With regard to the marzipan paste which is later refined and matured by us to produce "LÜBECK MARZIPAN", we place our faith in suppliers that still husk, grind and roast the almonds in accordance with time-honoured traditions, thus guaranteeing from the outset the basis for the highest quality.

In the selection of our chocolate coatings and other ingredients, we likewise rely only on raw materials which will not impair the delicious aroma of the almonds.

Gentle, state-of-the-art production technologies contribute to meeting our requirements for a genuine, pure marzipan speciality.

We primarily produce "90/10" quality marzipan (see Lübeck Marzipan), which even exceeds the quality criteria for Lübeck marzipan specified by the RAL German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification. In addition, we ensure that the thin coating of plain chocolate does not overwhelm the exquisite almond aroma of our premium products, since it is not "marzipan pralines" but the genuine, pure "LÜBECK MARZIPAN" which enjoys the highest level of acceptance.
